I have aol 8 and broadband, I downloaded the Communicator and it keeps coming up when I try to use it, with a box saying" TO use this feature you need to have aol 8" I got onto aol and they suggested uninstall and download again.
This I did but the same problem comesup. So I got the Communicator CD and installed it again using the CD, The problem is still there.
Contacted "Live Help" They did,nt know there was a CD, and they talked me thru some points and its still with me.
I have now got the address of the Ireland office to write a letter to and to point out the problems we have.
