Hi I cannot get word/excel and now microsoft fax programmes to work. Word and excel just do not respond. The problems seemed to of arisen since downloading and installing the latest set of windows update. Initially it caused a problem with the graphics controller, which it couldn't update, but I managed to solve this problem. I sent off an error report and am told I just need to go to officeupdate to solve the problem, but there are no new office updates for my machine. I can access my documents through other means such as my documents.
