Sky by Broadband and WMP10

I have recently downloaded Sky by Broadband, but I am unable to use it because I keep getting an error message :-

The licenses for your media files are corrupted. (Error code 0xC00D2754)
Windows Media Player cannot play the file because the associated license is either corrupted or not valid. (Error code 0xC00D11D6)

I have followed all links to the microsoft website for these errors but I am totally lost when trying to correct the errors. I have even tried uninstalling WMP10 and reinstalling it, but to no avail. Can someone please help.

Do you have the correct codecs on your system, try the K Lite codec pack
