Yup, I like this. Very slick designed site, professional and easy to navigate. I'd like to see a downloadable toolbar that you can use to rate sites as you surf as well as get a running commentary of the ratings each visited site might have.

The use of a word twice within the sentance can make it sound odd. How about "The website for sharing yours?" or something along those lines.
Also, do you review all the sites that are given before you link them?

No the websites are not reviewed before submission. The idea is that the best sites will have the most high rated votes and appear at the top of the "Highest Rated Websites" page.
However I am going to create a sperate section to the site in the coming months, with a list websites that I think everyone should bookmark.

What happens when/if somebody posts a dodgy link are they pre-filtered in any way?

We will be adding features to stop submissions with "bad words" in the title, description, and url. I do check the links for un-appropriate sites and the report link feature will be improved soon.
If anyone is wondering why the site has not been working properly for the last few day was due to the fact that our free hosting company's servers were under attack. But the problem seems to be under control now.

That's ok!
User DJ2 suggested a toolbar feature, well guess what? We now have a toolbar button to that you can use to rate sites as you surf!
