I use a Bravenet counter on my website and would like to know who has been visiting it.I seem to remember in WebUser an item about a site which would convert a computer`s IP address to the sender`s e-mail address, or was I mistaken?

I'm afraid you were mistaken.
You MIGHT get the ISP of the user using the IP address, but not much help where the user is on a dynamic IP address, ie one that changes each time you log on. Also, if the user is using a proxy server they can hide completely
