hi ive a nokia 6020 which is now commpatable with pc suite ive downloaded it I can get all the applications on it except contacts i get the error "pc sync information".
tried looking through trobleshooter to no avail reloaded still no joy anyone any ideas or point me in the right direction ta Iain

Post up some more info like: -
Connection method? Bluetooth, IR or cable?
Also, have you tried re-installing the software?

thank you for your reply. yes i have tried re-install trying to connect through usb cable. I can access all other applications ie send a texed message via phone/pc but cannot access my phonebook/contacts ta Iain

hmmmm, thats unusual. I'm not a big buff on this subject, so I'd pop an email to nokia. The only other thing i can think of is some kind of "security switch" on your contacts that prevents them being viewed. But thats a long shot....
