epson c 64

please help my c 64 wont switch on instead the ink and paper out buttons are flashing and says the printer needs a service how can i overcome this problem ive tried reinstalling thanks steve

I'm as confused as you are! I had a look on the site myself and it certainly doesn't make things obvious. Re your problem, have you checked your ink hasn't run out and that your paper is seated correctly? Other than this I don't know what else to suggest. Maybe one of our Guru's might have the answer for you. I'm sure one of them will have a look at your post shortly

the lancs lad is up and printing again thanks to everybody who took time to reply the epson is clocked and the clocking is done everytime you clean the heads you only have so many b4 it req a service .....the prog u linked me 2 resets the clock so its reet now thanks again ..........steve
