Hi All,
I am running XP(SP2)I.E. on Telewest BB. My son has Samsung A10 lap top running on BT BB. He is now residing with my wife and I and would like to connect to Telewest Blueyonder. Can someone kindly tell us how to configure his laptop so that it runs on Blueyonder. I do have a Mercury BR KOB 100 router. Any help much appreciated.

Having looked at the A10 specs, it appears to have a built in network card, and you have a wired router.
All you should have to do is use a straight through cable from the router to the A10.
Go to Network connections, right click the LAN icon, click Properties
Highlight Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) and click properties,
Ensure that Obtain IP address aotomatically is checked
Close that window, and you should be able to surf immediately
