Okay, I've got as far as checking internet connection, the last part of the install wizard part, but unfortunately it packs in after that, and says it cannot detect it. I have tried unplugging/plugging in my modem power, but to no avail. I am currently using this with an ntl broadband cable connection, do you have any ideas as to what I'm doing wrong?

In the router configuration screen, in the Internet WAN | Connection Type, you did choose Dynamic? and Automatic from ISP for DNS?

In the line below Connection type in the Internet WAN section is DNS, click that. Choose the option that was given earlier
Make sure that the cable goes from your modem ethernet port to the Connection to the modem (green) port of the router

I still cant see the option to choose DNS, is this in the install wizard or elsewhere?

thanks for the help, but after about half an hour on the phone to belkin and then to ntl, I've noe realised that the ethernet port on my ntl modem is faulty-I've never actually used it before now. I've arranged for it to be replaced next Friday, no idea how the ethernet port actually broke. Oh well.
