E7 Broadband
      #236467 - Mon Nov 07 2005 10:18 AM

Hi,

Has anyone used E7 Broadband. They have a broadband package which is £10 per month for 512k.

I am currently with V21 but I am paying £19.99 per month for 512k. I have wrote to v21 via a webform a few weeks ago, asking why I am being charged £19.99 for 512k despite it now only costing £14.99.

I have been paying £19.99 for the last three years and so I regard myself as a loyal customer, yet they don't even have the decency to reply to my enquiries!

Has anyone had any experiences with E7 or can someone recommend a cheap but reliable broadband ISP?

Thanks in advance

Have a look at the UKjohn.. thread, a couple or so up. Greysts put a link which shows that the £9.99 is for the first three months only.

Hi,

Thanks, but that is a different ISP.

The E7 Broadband is £10.00 per month and does not increase after 3 months.

I've been using E7 (aka E7even) for almost 2 years and I have a website hosted free as part of the package. It's been a fast and reliable service with very few problems. When they first started out they were the cheapest around but the others have caught up recently. I'm still happy to recommend them though, even without the £20 referral bonus!

The end of the road for E7? [Re: radiogandy]

Update...

After a fair amount of problems this year it looks like E7 might have reached the end of the road...

I'm not seeing the alternative page mentioned in that story but there's no renewal options on the user account page. My connection is still working and luckily my subscription expires the day before the service officially ends on July 14th.
