Condo, I 'll be honest I completely ignore the reatings system on any site, simply because people are subjective.
Put a question on a board about which is the best antivirus or best firewall, whether AMD or Intel is better, whether ATi or Nvidia is superior and I can GUARANTEE a flame war. Ratings are similar.
People have one bad experience of a product and they will never trust that product or any others provided again. I am equally guilty, people on these boards are well aware of my dislike for REAL player and a certain product owned by the owners of IPC magazines.
Also I think you'll find that it was pointed out in later aditions that it won't work in the UK
