Hi there
I'm having so much trouble trying to get a VATR invoice from One Tel that I'm now going to write to their head office. Well, I would if I could find an address! I have the name of the Chief Exec, Ian El-Mokadem and I shall write to him personally. Time and again I have been promised by a member of the One Tel call centre that I will be forwarded vat invoices online, but this never happens. Consequently I can't claim reimbursement from my employer. Can anyone help me, pls? Many thanks.

Hi Marion, I would be interested to know if you have any luck writing to head office. I've written in the past, followed up my letter, and followed up that letter and never had a reply, let alone an acknowledgement of receipt. My written attempts at contact were made after many promises via e-mail and telephone and I sorted my problem out myself in the end. I would change to another supplier but I do like onetels prices and I don't really have the time or inclination to go through the hassle of changing. Sad but true! LT
