BT Broadband Connection Problem
      #22505 - Sat Nov 15 2003 12:57 PM

Over the last two nights and this morning it has been almost impossible to get a connection using BT Broadband. If I do connection it is very slow and disconnects after a short time. The arrows in the task bar turn yellow. When attempting to reconnection it will repeat the above or not connect at all, stating unable to connect to remote computer. Has worked fine in last nine months since installation. Is anyone else experiencing this problem with BT Broadband. Not getting a lot of sense from BT so anything greatly appreciated.

Thanks Chris

Which area do you live in?

You might want to check the BT broadband status

Put the mouse pointer over the 2 arrows and what message does it give when the arrows are yellow?

I just got BT broadband a couple of days ago and I had these problems. I had to re-install the whole thing and it is fine now. Sometimes it will dissconnect when it shouldn't but it isn't all the time so i don't mind.

To check your connection go to BT Broadband help which you should have installed and use the health check you can also use the speed check if you like.
