Hiya,
I have recently added Fasthosts Internet as an affiliate on my website, and their offers sound fantastic value (£29.99 for unlimited 2Mb broadband with your own .co.uk domain, loads of email addresses etc.), but I cannot find any reviews on the company to see if they are reliable, or what their customer service is like.
Does anyone have any experience of Fasthosts please?

Hi
I have been using fasthosts for hosting my website for nearly two years now and find them very efficient.They always reply to emails that I send them. When they take their yearly fees they always email. I don't use them for broadband because I have used Supanet for nearly five years, now with their 2 meg service and I find it very good.

Thanks Graham. How long toes it take them to respond to your mails?
I have 4 sites, 2 of them hosted by www.compuwebhosting.com which is excellent. I receive replies within 10 minutes and they are extremely helpful (it is an American webhost) and I converse live with a real person. 2 of my sites are hosted by Lycos and it can take a few days to get a response and then they are quite vague responses from an automated reply, sometimes just links to get advice which is not relevant.
