My gaming pings have been great for ages but over the last couple of days its been very laggy between 50 & 999.
Ive run tests to the game server and my isp and the results are below.
The tracerts show it up more than the ping. (hop 1 & 2 mainly)

If you notice, your main latency issues occur within the first few hops which implies that the problem lies within your ISPs network. Chances are, you are experiencing excessive noise at a local node within your area. It may also be issues with your line running from your home to your box. Either way, you need to contact your ISP and tell them of this issue. They will then ping you from their location and should, most likely, see ping times in the 100s. Then they will dispatch a technician to check the signal of your line and local box.
At any rate, this is not a problem you are the cause of and, unfortunately, only your ISP will be able to solve it. Good Luck.
