Hi,
I seem to be having problems with V21 recently, when connecting to the internet!
I am on broadband 512k, just recently it has refused my password a few times over the last 2 weeks. Really annoying as I have things to do online!
Really annoying thing is that I pay £19.99 and have done for a couple of years, new people who sign up get access for £17.99.
Anyone think I should change ISP's ?

The majority of ISPs simply buy there linetime from BT Wholesale and sell it on to you. It follows that the only difference between ISPs will be the size of their own servers and their contention ratio. Before you jump ship I would get BT to check your line quality. Once that part of the equation is elliminated you can get some opinions from the various DSL comparison sites on the web.

Hi,
I'm on V21 and was having the same problems last week with an error code of 691 (I think!). Anyhow I posted on their forum as loads of people were having the same problem and it seems to have fixed itself now, or they fixed it!
Incidentaly, I was also on 512k but have since upgraded to 2Mbps which is only 11.99 per month. It does cost to upgrade though but can't remember how much, but worth it.
