Hi photogifts if you switch your line rental to onetel you wont have any bills from BT.The line rental from onetel is 9.99 a month where as BT is 10.50 p m I was hoping to switch totaly to onetel but you have to pay by direct debit so i gave it a miss

I would avoid Onetel like the plague! I had broadband and phone with them until very recently. All went well until the phone line suddenly stopped working. Then you have to deal with a call centre somewhere on the Indian Sub-Continent. Five weeks later, after numerous phone calls to them on my mobile, and the line still not working I gave up and emailed them asking them to cancel the contract. I got an email back saying that my fault was now top-priority! I decided to change to my local cable supplier (NTL) and so far, so good, and they seem to be better value. Ask yourself this: Have you ever seen a Onetel van driving around with an engineer to sort people's problems out?
