I've been using NTL broadband for somewhile now. And I recently encounted some disconnection problems. I play online gaming on my PS2, and I manage to log in fine and get ready to play some games but then i get disconnected. I went on my computer to check if it was just my Ps2 but its not. I get disconnected from MSN and the internet is really slow.
Could you tell me whats wrong or should i ring NTL.
It's worth ringing NTL on their freebie number (0800 052 2000) and select the Broadband option (they're open between 8 am and 8 pm) to make an appointment for an engineer to come around and test your modem. I had the same problem a few weeks ago and it was a signal fault which they easily sorted out.
