I am thinking of changing ISP to plusnet but how easy is it to actually do? by that I mean when you phone up and ask for your MAC CODE do they go on trying to persuade you to stay offering everything you say you will be getting from your new ISP even asking who you are moving to? then the security password is that the password you use to sign onto the net or what? because if it is something else I am stuck.
Finally there is persuading the wife to agree, that is the hardest part
Anyone who's moved from Wanadoo advice would be most helpful
