EMail Problem

Every time I try and open Outlook I keep getting an error message saying that it has encountered a problem and has to close. Does anyone know of a way to sort this as I'm not able to read any in-coming mail.

Can you give any other information regarding the error message please, ie what it actually is telling you.

Without any details, I would suggest that you try a repair install of Outlook.
