Hi, could somebody give me some advice regarding both Windows Media Player 9 and Real Player. I used to be able to access both media players online content such as the music and movie trailers. For some reason when I enter the Real site, it says that I am not online even when I am connected to the internet and when using WMP 9, I get a very quick glimpse of the black 'opening screen' and 'the page cannot be displayed' message. To my knowledge, I have not adjusted any of my internet settings recently to cause any problems.

sounds like it could be your firewall, have you tweaked any of the settings recently, or have you installed a new firewall.

Another thing. In my experience if you have both players open at the same time, Real Player will crash.
