After several months use of Tiscali broadband service with no problems, I am now unable to connect - verification reports the user name or passwork is wrong. I have had one session with Tiscali's man on the phone help line, trying test user name and password combinations as instructed, but in the end he gave up and advised that I need to ask my 'system vendor' to attend site (PC was from mesh). I dont believe I need to do that and I think, at £15.99 a month, Tiscali should sort it out for me. I can see user name is correct, and I know I am entering the right password. Can any one help please?
