Hi i was wondering if someone could check out my new website i have been designing them on my pc for a while but to get the full experiance i went and bought a host and domain name for the site. The site is a film review and amateur films site the site is split in two one side is for my mates amateur film making called Angel Productions which will eventually have other links and films from other sites and people and the other side will be for Hollywood and British films i havent got any content sorted yet for this side but would appriciate the feed back good or bad all the same on the Angel Productions side here is the link to the site www.fire-and-ice.co.uk Many thanks

Hi Tony
Your site is ver good and informative, but the red text does not show up well on my screen and that makes it difficult to read!
The forum links are not working yet as well.
Some of the special effects that you have created are excellent!
Good luck with the site and the film making!

Hi Rob, sorry for the confusion over your name!
I am on internet explorer 6, running XP. My monitor is a LCD screen, perhaps this is why the red text is difficult to see on the black background!
I have snapped a picture and uploaded it here- angel
The picture does look a little worse than the actual screen itself!
It could be just my computer that is making it look difficult to read or it could be my eyes. No body else seems to have commented on it yet, so could just be me!

I'll check it out from my friends house, the next time I am there!

I liked your site and I didn't have any difficulty with the red text on the black background. The spelling and grammar let the site down in places, but maybe that doesn't matter these days. I suppose I'm just a pedantic old grouch! Madeline.

I Know the grammer is bad the spelling should be ok i did use word but to tell you the truth i havent checked it my self some of the content comes from my mate Tony for his angel productions side i do spell check it as his spelling is bad (mines not great either) but i dont tend to check the grammer i will start using my partner to check it she is brill at english and always corrects me even when i am sending emails the site may go through a bit of a face lift in the coming months because i have found a few things that i dont like since putting the site on the net so bookmark it and look out for the changes if you have any comments then you can always contact me on the email that is on the site under the email section Many Thanks Ulthwe31

You certainly do need your partner for her grammatical skills. Your last post was a 153 word sentence without a full stop or comma in sight!

I blame the teachers at school personally (well thats my excuse and im sticking to it ha ha) thats how i talk really. I know Bumpyride my mate Tony on the Angel Productions side of the site is how would you put it a bit out there, nice feller though you just have to watch him near knifes. Can anyone tell me if they have had any trouble with the flash film clips i put on there, there was an article in the last Web User mag and it was telling people about the different formats you can use to put films on to the web and stuff, but i find for compressing a film flash does a great job of keeping the file size down without losing the quality of the film. Many Thanks
