Thankyou greysts, This works fine for text, but does not copy across pictures or animation, any other ideas to get over this problem?

This is the way I would (and have done) with copying across pictures/animations. 1. For pictures/animations in the e-mail text itself, right click and save to My Documents (or a folder to your choosing), then open the saved pic and copy and paste to the e-mail. 2. If the animation is an attachment, I would save them the same way as above, then click on Attachments in your e-mail and get them from the Folder you've saved them in. Hope this works for you.
Never put off till tomorrow what you can avoid all together
