I am having problems accessing my hotmail email account. I can sometimes sign in, but can not open my emails. I did not have problems from another compter. So I know that mine is the problem. I did install McAfee Internet Suite 7 a few weeks ago. THis may be my problem.. However, when I try to go their help page, I can not get in.
in your firewall , make sure internet explorer is "allowed", not filtered.
