Hi everyone,
the following problem has got me banging my head against the wall!!
I was unable to recieve mail in my NTL account,although my wifes mail using the same account got through OK.I use mailwasher so I knew there was mail to collect,and also that my log in details were OK.My answer to the problem was to delete my account,and then add it again,everything now normal, mail arriving OK.
This is my problem:-everytime I switch off the computer the problem returns hence the delete and add routine.
If anyone can help with this I will add you to my Xmas card list.
During this time I was able to log onto NTL's webmail account.
