Outlook in office 2003-Marking mail as open afteri
      #205844 - Thu Jul 07 2005 09:26 AM

Have put outlook from office 2003 into pc (running xp home) and cant seem to find the option which allows me to mark an email as open after a time period. On outlook express the maximum period is 60 secs, I presume this will be in options or setup somewhere but would appreciate any help.

cheers

Tools> Options> Other> Preview Pane> select either 'mark messages as read in preview window' (then select time span) or 'mark item as read when selection changes' (or both if you like)> OK> OK.
