I am trying to open diffrent pics on web sites and the only thing i get is a red x in the upper left hand corner of the pic box,How do i get rid of this,do i have to maybe change my settings. well thanks in advance

hi! just wonderring if you still have that blocked pictures problem...i had it too but managed to solve it by checking out that M$KB site that putasolutions suggested. i had that annoying page cannot be displayed problem so in case u cannot access that site, u'l have to type it in the address bar http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=283807 directly so it'll display properly. they'll offer you a lot of tips but to cut the story short and in case uv done most of them already like i did, the tip that really worked for me was to do a system restore by going to START>ALL PROGRAMS>ACCESSORIES>SYSTEM TOOLS>SYSTEM RESTORE. just choose a restoration time and date, which in my case i chose the day before my internet went haywire then click ok to start restoration. don't worry restoration won't delete any files or anything. it will just restore ur computer's previous settings before any setting has been changed after that date. I hope that works for you as it worked for me!
