Deleting

Can anyone help please? My friend has 2 unwanted files on his favorite list which are...214 dll and AddyC dll When he deletes them they come back next time he logs on. He has gone into search, and this message comes up.
Cannot delete file, Cannot read from source file or disc. I hope you can understand this and thank you.
