restore deleted OE mail??

Hiya all. I am in big trouble!!
I have deleted all the mail from my OE on XP!!!
is there a way to recover these mails?
I done it about 2 days ago and havnt run disc cleanup or anything like that.
has anyone any idea how to get to them???
i hope someone can help, no, i pray someone can help!!!
