i have devolped a major problem with losing my Broadband connection on my home based Pc
i have trie done everything to reinstall it but just getting the dialup option I have this lap top that I am now using to send this post that is Networked to the pc its working fine.What I need to now first is as the network is using a Netgear
router and AOL was using BT Voyager now uninstalled if I disconect the Netgear router and reinstall voyager to get Broadband then change back to the netgear will I have to setup the netgear agian.
I realize that I will loose my laptop connection while doing this I have the nessacry CDs but cant think of another way so I would apprciate any help please
I am at a loss as to why the laptop is linked to the PC using the same IP and Domain address when one works and not the other everything else is working on both machines Ok.
