Hi All
I would like to access my email from different locations, can someone explain to me what I need to do?
I am on Blueyonder Broadband, if this makes a difference.

Which email accounts are you referring to? And "different locations" - do you mean by using a different computer to your home one?

Hi "Hello-There"
You ask "Which email accounts are you referring tO?" I have only one main account on blueyonder and other unused address is the registration address.
As to "different" computers, yes I do mean different locations and therefore "guest" computers, be that company or internet cafe's etc!
Many thanks for yoyr interest.

Is there not web access to your emails?
If so, just log onto the webmail address

Hi Eveyone,
Well I got back, but not as quickly as I thought!
Right well this is a learning curve and this is what is happening to me, a bit frustrating when it does not go according to plan but am enjoying the learning side of things. Well all the last advice went according to your advice but I still can't see my emails that have previously been seen and read and this would be nice to be able to look at those already opened previously. I am using Microsoft Outlook 2003 on Windows XP, if this makes a difference?
Sorry to be a pain but this is all new to me and my collegues at work seem to be able to do this.

Has the administrator set up an Exchange account for you?

When you ask if the administrator has set up an Exchange account for me, I will assume that you are referring to the computer that I have here at work. If so can you tell me what is involved in getting this set up?
Sorry if this is stupid but I am fresh to this subject and playing "Catch up" without letting on how stupid I am to my work mates!

Just ask your admin bod, if you have been set up on the exchange server yet. admind bods, as a general rule, don't bite, (there are exceptions) but usually they are just pleased that someone will talk to them!

The guy who is in charge of these things was impressed with his promotion to "Admin Bod" but assures me that our system is not sophisticated enough to employ an "Exchange Server", so this should not be the problem.
Just to let you know, he was brusque but not dismissive, however I don't think he welcomed me interupting his other duties?
