ISP selection on travels

I am getting BB on my exchange in June. I would like to choose an ISP that has partners elsewhere so I can log on at say airports and other hotspots.

What info is there on these partnerships? My colleagues are forever using their credit cards to sign up for temp access. This seems an expensive way to connect.
