Webuser Forums: IE and FF not loading ebay + stuff

hi folks.

i have seen a similar post but i'm coming from a slightly different angle.

i am not able to get a lot of sites to load on IE or FF, including ebay, vodafone.co.uk and loads of others. they seem to timeout about half way up the progress bar.

i trace rt'd ebay from DOS and it timed out at approx step 15 each time.

i have deleted all cookies etc regularly on both browsers, have tried to connect without security options on etc

also tried having both browsers running at the same time but no luck (i was told this might work)

i'm on AOL BB using a wireless hub so that all the pc's in my house can connect regardless of a single pc's status.

i don't have the AOL browser installed as it is connecting through the wireless card, and i'm not sure how to get it without paying for a new connection!!

any ideas?
