Ok, this is a message on behalf of someone else, so apologies if it's too brief. Person is Running XP Home with IE6 using Tiscali Broadband. When the favourites tab is selected, no bookmarks come up just the message "The db file is not running" in the centre of the browser.
Any ideas what this could be?

Couldn't really get anymore information. But I would probably tell him to download Firefox instead.
