The only way I could think of doing this would be to Press Print Screen and then paste it into Paint and cut it from there, unless someone else know any other way.

Have you tried selecting 'Landscape' instead of 'Portrait'?
Sex is hereditary. If your parents never had it, chances are you won't either.

Try this
From Internet Explorer, Select File -> Print Preview. If the page is cropped on the right, select Page Setup (gear icon next to the Print button). Select Printer -> Properties -> Advanced. Some printers will have a Scaling option which is set to 100% (by default). When you go back to the Print Preview screen, the preview will change to show the changes.
or this
Adjust the Font Size on the page by clicking View -> Text Size -> Smaller or Smallest
or Firefox
In print preview this gives you the option of 'Shrink to fit'

thank you mate....i checked as your said but i do not have a scaling optio (epson stylus colour 760) but these options are there as per what they are set to :
printer features , which include :
printable area : set to "Max" extended button margin : standard override with presets : automatic speed+
& others which are not relevant....
no scaling option...printable area is set to MAX and the other option in that is "center"
thank you

Sorry I miss-read your question slightly. Could you not do as I said by pasting it but reducing the size slightly until you get all the page on. Or do you need to see the printout the same size as the screenshot? You probably need to reduce it by about 10% see if that is of any help.
