hi,
Got a problem with Internet Explorer 6 (SP2) and Windows XP (SP2)
I think I may have had some spyware on the PC. But the result is as follows,
Whilst I can open a browser window and click on hyper links I can't type in text boxes on html pages. That means I can't use search engines or if I were on the PC now, type this message.
It seems to have removed all the short cuts that were in my windows start menu too.
Any suggestions?

I had the same problem after a so-called tech guy tweaked my computer. Just go to microsoft site and download internet explorer 6.1 and reinstall it. Ignore the nagging that you have the latest version and you better not continue installation. After that and rebooting your computer everything will be back to normal.
