Browser Problems

Hi
I have been having trouble recently with my browser. Whenever I use Google and click on one of the links, I receive a response back saying this page cannot be displayed. It doesn't happen to every link more so with the ones to the right of the page titled sponsored links.

Is there something I must do/change in IE to make these pages appear ?

Do you use Norton or other software to as a firewall or to filter web content?

If you have Zone Alarm, have you disabled the Windows firewall?
