well I got limewire and shareaza - shareaza is really slow on sp2 and limewire has ad-aware and spyware in it so does anyone have anything else ??

Have a look at Soulseek. I've been using it for a while now and it does the job well.

I've recently given up on Winmx and started using Bit Torrent.

I'm getting unbelieveable download speeds.

I also gave up with Winmx even with the beta versions.Now using emule.

However see here for lots more on P2P
