Hi
Please take time to visit The Cotswold Gateway and give me any feedback critical or otherwise. The site's not ad free but hey, hosting needs to be paid for. This site is not-for-profit as I am learning to write the code and css, so it would be useful to hear what it is like viewed on other browsers and platforms. I also live in the Cotswolds so it's also the chance to show people what we have here without trying to sell something. www.thecotswoldgateway.co.uk

On quick point - it might be worth rethinking your link CSS for the calendar - some of the dates have a link on them, and some don't (or so it appears when using Firefox). Unless I move my mouse over the links, I can't tell which have anything on them or not, as they all look the same.
Also, the ' Home | About Us | Links | Contact ' links at the top under the header image are hard to read against that blue background - they'd be easier to see if they were darker.
Well done on the CSS though - I still haven't cracked table-less coding.

Hi Jim
Thanks for the comments. I understand what you mean about the calender and the links below the heading. I will have a look at putting them right. If you look at http://www.thecotswoldgateway.co.uk/march.htm I did try a full css calender but it did breakout if the text was made larger. Any idea how to stop this from happening?

Hi,
the calendar looks really good to me (using firefox). I'm not sure if the problem is occurring when viewing the page in Internet Explorer.
Nice work.

Where's Cheltenham, I thought it was the centre of the Cotswolds? Great effort on the site.
Cheers,
Mark.
