It looks okay - though the graphics are so large on the counter that they look rather out of place on the site.
Aaah - moshing - I remember the days of doing that. What fun!

It looks better - it'd look better if you can align it to the left, as it floats over to the right of the page while all the rest of the content in the right hand column is left aligned.
You could do that by maybe putting all of your counter HTML into the bit of your template which says:
which appears a few lines above where your tracker is. I'm not sure how blogger works in terms of editing things - no doubt you'll work it out.

I thought your site was nice: very sparse and atmospheric, but elegant, and clear to read.
I was looking at your links and wondering: does blogspot have a community, the way Vampirefreaks has a community?
I expect you would like more people to visit your site, most of us do :)
So if you can find other people on blogspot who are your kind of people and link to each other, that will increase traffic and comments... a good comment can really brighten someone's day. I see you have a link to Andrew's Blog but I think you should have more, more! And have them link to you!
Best way to do this is to leave a comment on the blogs of people you like, then set up a bit of comment-swapping.
Or you can link to someone's blog and tell them you've linked to their blog, and see if they link you back...
(If they don't, don't worry about it though. Some people try not to link too much, everyone has a different idea about how to go about it...)
