O.K.,a pretty long one so please bear with me.
Last year I downloaded Itunes,didn't get on with it so uninstalled it.
I got an MP3 player for Christmas {a Napa 256LCD},which for the first couple of months worked fine.
After a while,I got messages through WMP10 saying that it couldn't detect a device.About the same time,my comp also told me it couldn't communicate with my printer{a Lexmark X1150}.Both are connected via USB2 ports in the back of the machine.I swapped cables over & everything temporarily seemed fine.
But last week,after uninstalling & reinstalling printer,the computer had a major mong and was making strange noises.
I eventually did a system restore to the day before getting the MP3,and again for a week everything has been fine.
Problems are:-
1} I've got itunes back & the machine won't let me uninstall it.How do I get rid of it?
2} I seem to have a conflict with my USB ports/printer/mp3. how can I resolve this?
