Hi
When i go into Windows Media Player and choose 'file' open' i get a choice on the left of which folder - history, desktop, my computer, my network places.
Now, before i had to re-install windows on Wednesday, My Documents used to be a choice too. How do i set the media player to have My Documents in that menu too?
I could go the long way round, but having My Documents as a choice was very handy
Thanks

Click on File > Open as usual.
Navigate to the folder you want to add to the My Places bar.
Click on it once to select it.
At the top of the dialog box you should have menus, including Tools.
Click Tools and select 'Add to My Places'

Thanks for replying
I don't have the tools part in the dialog box, just 'Go to last folder' Up one level' 'create new folder' and 'view menu'
None of which have tools :(
Thanks for the suggestion
