I have just downloaded this and when it opens it does so off screen. I was wondering what I have done to cause this.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated

Is it completely off screen so you can't click it?

If you can, click on the blue title bar at the top and drag it to the middle of the screen.

Resize each side so it fills the screen.

Hold down Ctrl and close it using the X in the top right corner.

Open it again and see if that works.

Its completely off screen, I know its working ok because i can hear the sound.

Hold down Alt+Space then press M.

Now press the left arrow. If it doesn't appear after a second or so, try the up down and right arrows.
