Hi all I am new to this site and joined to try and find a solution to my broadband problem. I have just installed wanadoo 1mb broadband and found that I can load all my usual ISP's eg. MSN, Virgin and Wanadoo but when I try to load www.yahoo.co.uk it loads the first part of the first screen then goes into a permanent stall waiting to load the last 15 GIF's. If I change back to my old dial up 56K Modem, it works. Anyone out there who might be able to help??????? I wondered if there are any special cookies etc. that Yahoo must have for broadband. I think its a Temp file issue causing this... If you can get get into Internet Explorer Properties and delete the Temp files also the History files then Reset log back on, things will load ok albeit slow for a while. Temp files help the Page loading process EOTM (Oct 2003) and Latest news Teresa is the Current EOTM (Feb 2005) More info on this Visit the Awards Forum @Answerpool.com (see my profile)
