IM HAVING PROBLEMS WITH INCREDIMAIL ON CERTIAN EMAILS WHEN I TRY TO OPEN THEM I GET A MESSAGE WITHIN A BOX,WITCH SAYS... THIS PROGRAM HAS PERFORMED AN ILLEGAL OPERATION AND WILL SHUT DOWN IF THE PROGRAM PERSISTS CONTACT THE PROGRAM VENDOR.....WHEN I CLICK ON THIS INCREDIMAIL CLOSES DOWN AND I NEED TO RESTART THE COMPUTER TO RELOOK AT MY MESSAGES. CAN SOME ONE HELP ME THANKS
Some people say Incredimail is overly complicated and therefore prone to problems, I can't comment on that myself as I've never used it. Is it your "default" e-mail programme? There may be a conflict with another programme. Can you also let us have full information on your system as this might just help someone to come up with a solution.

i did have incredimail but got rid of it because of problems like this, it got so bad that i couldn't log into my mail server. you could try uninstalling it and reinstalling it.

This Incredimail seems to be more trouble than it's worth. The amount of problems people are having with this program seem to be coming quicker and quicker.
