How do I tell people about the changes to my site without being accused of spam

Its really fustrating to be marked with this and I never intended to do so

Can anyone give me any tips

I cant delete the old posts so help

First off make it known on the index.html page. This will tell every visitor that it's been updated and also let them know it's updated regularly.

Secondly, use your signature ie. QANTumm? Newly updated!
