igetnet/v5 parasite

I was on a web site earlier and on the page i was looking at it said my browser was infected with the igetnet/v5 parasite. Is this an advert for spyware removal or is there something on my computer that shouldnt be. thanks

there is spyware called igetnet, spybot search and destroy will get rid of it, if you have it.
IF IT'S STUPID BUT IT WORKS, IT ISN'T STUPID
