My friends and I had the idea to design a new type of free online shopping/swapping platform long ago. Recently, this new site was finally launched.
My friend has very good design skills; I like her design very much. The site serves the purpose of providing buyers and sellers a platform to swap and exchange much more conveniently. Not only goods, but also services and information.
This is a non-profit site. We do not charge listing fees or cuts.
However, it seems that few people are interested in our new site. Disappointed!

That may be because they feel you're hiding something!!!
Until the About UUSwap, User Agreement, Privacy Policy, Terms of Use & Contact Us are made available on your site, visitors will be wary of it's true purpose and functionality - as am I regarding it's non-commerciality (as claimed).

Hi,
You definitely need to het something on the site that explains what it's all about. People will get the idea from the name, but specific guidance would help.
I agree with the Fat Controler, you need all the conditions in place so people have trust in the site.
Also, get everyone you know to use the site as people trust sites more when others are happy to use it.
