Check and see if there is an uninstall option in the Start Menu against a mention of the programs Name Or ... locate and open the Control Panel which is also on the Start Menu and locate the Add or remove program folder the Program name will be on this list there is a small button by the name this starts the "uninstall wizard" on most things here,just follow the instructions and the program is removed quickly Did that work?

I know you said you have cleared your temporary files but it might still be possible that you are viewing a cached verion of the site rather than the actual web based one. It is also possible that your ISP does not clean out it's own server caches frequently enough so you are viewing a cached version on the ISP's server. Can you try and view the site from a different PC using a different ISP? If not, PM me with the URL and I will see if I can see it.
